Nine Elms storage made the whole process stress-free and easy to deal with. I had a lot of going back and forth from my end and the Warehouse were totally understanding and reassured me that that everything would be in place once the delivery came. On the day they even volunteered that they would move our shipment (32 pallets!) into the storage space.This type of service is completely out of their scope of work and did us a massive favour. Samie, Abdul and Andre are professional, helpful and have fantastic customer service skills. They are a credit to the Warehouse and have helped me massively over the past few weeks. Thank you guysss.

Very good. Abdul was excellent

Abdu helped me a lot. He was patient with all of my questions and taught me all of the procedures that needed to be done. He also showed me different storage units and explained how to use them. He told me to to do the Check-In online in home so it would be faster when I move in. Very thoughtful and polite gentlemen. Highly recommended

Great! Received a phonecall the next day to offer me a bigger room and a flexible move-in date! Was exactly what I needed!

Excellent service - Abdul and Samie have been great

Initial enquiry was online. I then received a follow-up email with an offer. When I got round to following that up the rate did not populate on the link. Called up and was impressed with the way the correspondence was tracked and that it was easy to then execute.

All very clear and good. Abdul was very helpful and quick in handling our documents.
