The handling of my reservation was seamless. Michael was particularly polite, welcoming and helpful upon check in. Would highly recommend to my friends.

It was almost too easy to be true. I found the quote online, requested the space, had it reserved, and within 24 hours had emails and calls following up my reservation. On the day, all that had been explained to me in the emails- the final part of my reservation process- was completed easily and in a stress-free manner

All very straightforward from first approaches to settling in at the store. Particularly appreciated option to trade up in room size at the last minute.

The pictures illustarting space size were extremely useful. Francesca was the lady I dealt with at the Nine Elms branch on checkin, she was extremely friendly and helpful.

Fantastically well, called me a couple of times to ensure I knew what to bring and where to go etc. Very efficient.

Service was fast, efficient and stress-free. Sarah at Nine Elms was just great - even offering me a glass of water when she realised I’d had farewell drinks the night before! However, nobody at Nine Elms or Kennington (I dealt with both at some stage, mentioned 8weeks up front. which was a little annoying as it isn’t immediately clear.) Sarah apologiesed for this however and said she’d raise it with the team.
