Staff are so friendly, Joseph especially went above and beyond to find the best size storage for the best price

The staff (especially Joe who assisted me) were all very friendly, informative, and went above and beyond to support me. There are a lot of storage places in London, but what makes you different and why i will always use you is the quality of your staff. Well done team!

Very smooth and seamless service

The customer service by the team was absolutely brilliant. Joe went the extra mile willing to help and make the check-in process as smooth as possible. I was kindly greeted by Omar who even offered a hot drink (very much needed after 1 hour cycling in the cold). Gary, the manager, even came to say hi and welcome us after having done the check-in while we were unloading the boxes into the storage room. Mahfuz was helping another customer at the moment, but was also super friendly with us, and remembered my colleague from his last time there!

Very clear instructions and friendly reminders about what to do. Not pushy at all just very helpful.

It was the 2nd time I have used this company. Joe was very helpful and excellent customer service. Thanks again

Customer service on the phone and in person

The booking process was easy to follow, the pricing was reasonable, the location was accessible with good parking space, the storage compartments were well thought of and secure. There is also unmanned entrance in case of needing access to stuff during out of hours. My request was handled by Mahfuz Hassen. He was very professional and he did his best to stream my time there and he explained everything to me in detail without having me to ask questions.

I used the North Kensington Branch and dealt with three people on the phone all of whom were extremely helpful. Joe took the time to measure the exact dimensions of my space to ensure that my goods would fit, he phoned back within the 5 minutes that he promised. Gary did the check-in and was very welcoming, thorough and friendly. It was a refreshingly pleasant experience. They are a great team!

There was clear communication regarding what we needed for business check in. This was made easier with the online check in. We were checked in quickly and efficiently and were happy with the space.
