Very easy.

I’m currently in the US riding out COVID and needed to remotely vacate my flat in London. I expected this to be a difficult and stressful process, and was stressing over it for weeks. Little did I know the BigYellow team including Karina and Lindsay in customer service and James at the N Ken location would be there to make everything feels organised, effortless, and stress free. I felt informed, comfortable, and that my valuables were in good hands. James in particular went above and beyond in his help - he stayed late at the office the night before the move to help sort the contract, was in constant contact with me to update me on the process, and it was clear he was knowledgeable and experienced in what he did. It was undoubtedly among the best customer service experiences I’ve had in 3.5 years living in the U.K., which was particularly meaningful and impactful given the current circumstances.

The process of booking the space, the advice given on size, the call the day before to reconfirm were excellent. The service across the board, not just with James who I interacted with most, was fabulous.

This is the second time i use Big Yellow and each time, my experiences has been great. The staff is beyond friendly. Joe and James helped me this time. It is easy to book online. They linked me with professional movers, who also did a great job. Overall very happy with the experience and highly recommend Big Yellow!

Mahfuz Hassen was the Assistant Store Manager that helped with my move. He was absolutely lovely and nice and helpful and really friendly. He offered me a mask and hand gel and was patient and explaining everything in a very nice manner. I wish all services would be delivered the way he did! Rare to find someone like that!

Given the COVID situation, I was orchestrating this move from a different country. The Big Yellow team could not have been more helpful, reassuring and made sure that each step of the way I knew what was required to ensure a seamless move. Fantastic service!
