Joe was super helpful and made it all very simple to deal with

It was really good. Gary at the North Kensington store provided excellent service. He explained all the steps and showed me around and was easy to make conversation with. I also recieved a call from someone at Big Yellow the week before explaining the online check in process which was really good.

Joe, help me a lot with the booking and deciding which was the best container for my thing. He was great.

We had a difficult situation whereby we were clearing a house after a friend's fathers bereavement and caught COVID so couldn't be there in person to help. The staff at Big Yellow were amazing..so helpful. I dealt with Joe and Pablo and they were fab.

Pablo was very helpful, going through the process of moving he made every step clear.

James handled my enquiry very professionally

It was all very simple and professional, also thanks to the excellent staff, prepared to speak even with those like me who, being Italian, do not know English well.

Joe was extremely helpful, and informative both over the phone in advance of booking a unit and on the day in helping me find a slightly larger unit than I had previously anticipated we would need. Joe gave very good instructions on how to use the storage centre, access and security etc.

Joe made my entire experience stress free. He was so patient and answered all my queries satisfactorily. He was also incredibly accommodating when I realised that I had not booked the after hours access and quickly implemented it. He is always courteous and greets me with a smile whenever I go to the storage unit. Joe @ North Kensington is truly a credit to Big Yellow Storage and a great guy to deal with.

My initial enquiry was made by phone, then I visited the branch and booked the same day. I was looked after by Pablo who was brilliant at his job. Very helpful and didn’t mind explaining things slowly for me. I returned to the branch several times to buy boxes, bubble wrap etc and was looked after by 2 more excellent members of staff Jo and James. Very impressed all round!
