The whole process ran smoothly. All my questions were answered. The staff was polite and helpful.

Every single member of staff has been above and beyond helpful,kind,understanding and patient-moving house is a stressful time and they have made it as easy and simple as possible. Nothing too much problem for them-despite my head being in a spin. Truly grateful to them all. Brilliant offer on the room rent too..

Since the moment I called for a quotation I felt that your employees help me to find what I was looking for and with the less hassle possible. When I arrived to the storage unit, Poppy and Joseph greeted me and offered tea to unwind from such a stressful day of moving, and helped me go through the registration and with great professionalism showed me around the promises.

I got home and the quote given with the £35 deposit fee taken into account was still less than I was charged
