Customer service

The entire process was smooth, quick and the staff (Ben) were very helpfull. Big Yellow's price match scheme was also implemented as promised.

Joe was amazing. He explained everything well, got us the best deal, and made it feel very personal.

Generally very easy to set up the reservation and check in goods, although on arrival felt a bit like attempts were made to get more money out of me.

Professionalism, friendliness, clarity on pricing and detailed explanation and walkthrough of service. Clean, modern and accessible facilities. Easy to use.

Friendly , efficient service. Reception staff were very polite and offered tea and biscuits which was most welcome. Joseph was very personable.
