There was some issues with my room and I also had to wait a lot . But staff were helpful

Everything went very smoothly. After doing check-in online it was very quick to sign documents and pay on the day. The staff (especially Poppy) are great and extremely nice and accommodating. The space is clean and organised and I feel that my belongings are in a very safe environment. The code system is clever and works extremely well with no complications.

I purchased a "walk-in wardrobe" storage space. I appreciated how easy it was to obtain information about how it is working. The prices are reasonable, the people that I had on the phone were really helpful and nice. The person who welcomed me, Jehad Najdi, was especially professional and clear. I really appreciated the quality of his service.

The whole process was easy, simple and quick. The security level as well is top-notch! Poppy(the young lady that served me) was very professional did not even know she was training - that goes to show!

Joseph, the guy that helped me when i arrived was very kind and precise in explaining me how the facilities work. He made me tea and offered to share his biscuits when he found out i hadnt eaten all day so busy i was packing. Thanks!
