Having tried to book a locker with a number of different companies big yellow was much more helpful with the website and on the phone. This continued when I arrived and the whole system was well explained and the price breakdown was very clear, especialy compared to many of the other companies out there

There was some issues with my room and I also had to wait a lot . But staff were helpful

Everything went very smoothly. After doing check-in online it was very quick to sign documents and pay on the day. The staff (especially Poppy) are great and extremely nice and accommodating. The space is clean and organised and I feel that my belongings are in a very safe environment. The code system is clever and works extremely well with no complications.
