Joseph, the guy that helped me when i arrived was very kind and precise in explaining me how the facilities work. He made me tea and offered to share his biscuits when he found out i hadnt eaten all day so busy i was packing. Thanks!

The service was very friendly and welcoming. Everything was explained clearly and the process simple. I spoke to the store manager who was very helpful and professional.

Jehad as well as his colleague were very friendly. Jehad was the one who helped, and he was very welcoming and helpful from the beginning (really appreciated the call ensuring that our check in the next day would go as smoothly as possible/ if I need further arrangements). The details were explained thoroughly and the process for the check in was quick and easy. Overall, it was very accommodating and the price is also very student-friendly.
