It was all down to Joseph, the kind, attentive, helpful member of staff at North Kensington, who provided the best possible customer service experience.

Excellent member of staff. Went above and beyond to help with my various issues. He even made me a coffee. Could not of asked for more.

Very efficient and organised - no ambiguities or grey areas. Everything was clearly explained. I dealt with Maria, Deputy Manager at Big Yellow North Kensington; she was good.

On one hand BYSS is generally more expensive than other comparable services in London. On the other hand facilities are really good and staff was super helpful when needed (rented 50sq ft room)

The store personell was super friendly, professional and efficient. They understood that I was under time pressure, helped me with everything and even called a taxi for me when i left. I interacted with Joseph from North Kensington Branch
