Joseph was cool, friendly very helpful, informative and nice. Really good customer service. Answered all our questions.

Service was beyond expectations, both on the phone and at check in. Over the phone I was offered a much better deal that what I had signed up for. At the facilities (North Kensignton), Joseph walked me through the procedures while being a stupendous host (great coffee, great conversation).

Not only was I given great advice form the Fulham branch which I was leaving but notabley Jospeh Whitby from the Norh Kensington (scrubs lane) branch I moved into went above and beyond to help me settle in. He was fast and officiant and charming.

I have all my questions answered, all concerns washed away

All the staff customer service and price were excellent. Jehad Najdi was incredibly helpful and heads a great team.

Because nothing more to ask the budget Mr Joseph Withby guided us in the following steps to carry all our belongings, in addition to treating us very kindly and solve all our doubts, the site also has a great level of security and an affordable price for the reserved space.

The Big Yellow location was a little bit more north of North Kensington than I'd realized upon booking it, but that's my fault I suppose. It was a little hard to get to via public transport for me, but everything about my experience there was great, Joseph was such a pleasure to meet and he gave a very friendly and thorough explanation of the space + regulations. I'm from Australia, and have found the customer service in the UK to be extremely lacking across all industries (banking, retail, health care, you name it) but Joseph was a breath of fresh air, was actually enthusiastic about his job, and eager to help us.

At first a bit dissatisfied as the website stated the Sutton branch was open at 9am on Saturday and they didn't open until 10am. All the stores in the surrounding area were opening at 10am as well. I needed the storage before 10am and I only found this out when I called up to double check the day before moving in. I changed to the North Kensington branch and their service was excellent - couldn't fault anything. They transferred all my account straight over and they was open at 9am on the dot.

I needed to move my things quickly (that day) and the facility was very accommodating with my booking. They even recommended a moving company, Rapid Removals, who were fantastic. RR came that afternoon and were efficient, inexpensive and friendly (highly recommend them to anyone!) Joseph Whitby set me up when I arrived. I was worried that I might not make the 6pm close, but he assured me he would wait. He was amazing - friendly, professional, efficient, very clear of the process and made me feel extremely comfortable. The facility itself was clean and easy to access. When I moved out, I used Rapid Removals again and Joseph was there to sign me out!

Everything was super easy. The online set up, the check in, the description of how to go about everything. Very friendly and trained personal.
