Easy to book, your representative Helder, at Norwich was very helpful and friendly and explained everything clearly. Online management easy, very smooth process throughout booking and final storage.

From the moment I arrived I was looked after. Everything was explained to me in detail and when my items were being added to the room by my removal company I was looked after by Helder De Sousa. It was a very difficult time for me and he looked after me so kindly.

Fantastic customer service. Gavin showed us around, set up the padlock, advised on insurance and was very welcoming. The unit is a perfect size with the offer of downsizing in the future. Very clean. Massive lift and nice big trolleys.

The facility is very local to me, so that’s a great start. The space I have is just what I need, and I feel happy that my items are stored safely. Entrance and exit are easy and the staff are extremely helpful and professional, excellent all round.
