Everyone was very professional from the first moment. I didn’t really understand the policy etc , I phone and a lovely lady explained everything in details. I then asked her to take the booking over the phone as I wanted to play safe and don’t mess around, and she was delighted to do so. Once I arrived for doing some paperwork, I was welcomed by Helder, a very kind, polite and professional man who directed me through every step (including Fire evacuation)

Everything was explained so well that booking a storage container became very easy thanks to Helder to explained everything to me.

From the moment I arrived I was looked after. Everything was explained to me in detail and when my items were being added to the room by my removal company I was looked after by Helder De Sousa. It was a very difficult time for me and he looked after me so kindly.

The facility is very local to me, so that’s a great start. The space I have is just what I need, and I feel happy that my items are stored safely. Entrance and exit are easy and the staff are extremely helpful and professional, excellent all round.
