We enquired online early on a Sunday about possible storage and within a few hrs Rob called and left a voicemail to which we returned the call. This led us to set things in motion for using the storage facility.

The staff at Big Yellow Norwich were so helpful, they went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. Special thanks go to Helder De Sousa he is a real asset for the Big Yellow company and as a representative of the brand.

I found it all very efficient but the manager spoke very quickly when explaining things on our check in . I know it may be very simple but I think it would be good to remember we are trying to listen, process information and retain it !

As previously the service was top notch, easy to get a quote, simple to book and the Norwich staff are all lovely to deal with
