I would recommend them to a friend because of how friendly and relaxed they made me feel. Even when I’d made a mistake with booking the storage. Ethna was lovely.

Excellent attentive service from Gavin at the Norwich branch. He helped my dad gain access to the storage unit before I checked in as I was stuck in traffic. It was very stressful but Gavin made it a pleasurable experience.

The employee who helped me was very kind and thorough in his explanations! He stayed after closing to help me, because I was running late. I know his name wasn’t Helbert, because that’s not a real name, but I think it was similar. Maybe Hal.

Very clean, safe storage, staff friendly and helpful, easy process

Apart from the lengthy paperwork it has been an uneventful process. Helder was very informative, professional, and attentive to our needs and change of circumstances. I have not used a storage facility before so this has been a great experience. It is good to know there are helpers if we get stuck, the trolleys are more than appreciated and the use of a sack barrow made my stressful situation a bit more bearable. Helder also stayed late to help us open a second unit and we are very appreciative of this. I would definitely consider using your facility again should the need arise.
