Gavin was most helpful, the storage site is very clean, and the price was good. Many thanks to Gavin for making everything so easy.

Every time I have visited or phoned up, no matter how small or silly the question, the staff have been polite and patient and made a rather scary and challenging student experience a lot easier.

Yellow personnel were very friendly. I spoke to the manager Gavin on the phone who gave me recommendations on who to speak to about moving my storage to the unit. Then, at the store I spoke to Helder who very kindly offered me a cup of tea and then we had to deal with the details and he was very friendly and was able to give advice on storing such as the dust sheet and the possibility of damages from neighbour units. Additionally, when I was moving my stuff, I had a mirror drop outside (I think perhaps due to wind...) and Helder came up to my unit to inform it which was very kind to him.

Fantastic, really great service, feel really good about the unit and the price and also the service i received and am still receiving now. I can't state enough how polite Helda was during the whole process.
