A delivery I had was delayed and Gavin kindly agreed to start the storage a week later. They were helpful in accepting the delivery of 11 pallets

I wasn't able to get the van till the afternoon and I came in at like 4.55 and I knew the last appointment was at 5.00 as takes an hour and heldar was more than helpful! He is brill! Made me feel very happy to leave my belongings there, he took his time and explained everything to me, showed me how things worked, helped me work out how on earth the lock works ha! Really happy with my service! Will definitely be coming back if I need to store something! Thank you!!

Every time I have visited or phoned up, no matter how small or silly the question, the staff have been polite and patient and made a rather scary and challenging student experience a lot easier.

Yellow personnel were very friendly. I spoke to the manager Gavin on the phone who gave me recommendations on who to speak to about moving my storage to the unit. Then, at the store I spoke to Helder who very kindly offered me a cup of tea and then we had to deal with the details and he was very friendly and was able to give advice on storing such as the dust sheet and the possibility of damages from neighbour units. Additionally, when I was moving my stuff, I had a mirror drop outside (I think perhaps due to wind...) and Helder came up to my unit to inform it which was very kind to him.
