Easy process, friendly staff.

My scores are based on the service and efficiency received by the Norwich branch, the speed of response from original enquiry and the options and help given by Gavin at the branch. The information and help provided by Gavin was clear and concise explaining about the insurance, entry and exit alarm system, out of hours service and general access to the building. I am very happy with Big Yellow and will continue to use them for my storage services when needed, and happily recommend you to my friends and others who may be looking for storage.

It was not clear to me at all how much it would cost. I worked out the weekly, but adding padlock, deposit, minium 8 weeks and insurance made what I thought would be £20 a week for one month into nearly £200 in one go just for 4 weeks of small storage.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and explained everything I needed to know.The unit I hired and the whole facility very clean including the car park.
