Professional staff helped me negotiate my way through a stressful relocation. Karen at the Beckenham branch helped me check in and open my account with the Nottingham branch. Staff in Nottingham were also professional and helpful.

It’s all so well organised. The staff are really helpful and positive. When we checked in on bank holiday Friday the young lady was extremely busy but her confidence and organisational skills kept everything running smoothly.
