Staff were very welcoming and helpful. My needs were listened to and I felt I was given clear information about the type and duration of storage facility to suit my circumstances during in a ‘downsizing’ house move. Access and security processes were clearly explained and demonstrated patiently. As was the breakdown of charges. Service so far has been excellent.
