My initial enquiry was handled brilliantly by Ellie. I wasn't quite sure what I needed and was a bit daunted when I made my first call but felt much more confident by the end of the conversation. Everyone I've spoken to or communicated with so far has been helpful and friendly. Bailey did a great job of welcoming me and helping me settle in on move in day.

The online process was very simple and really easy to use and understand unfortunately I found it to differ quite a bit though when actually going to finish the process, there were several things that weren’t advised on the website that may have changed my mind when it came to taking on the room

Ellie look after me on arrival. She made the whole process seamless, a really pleasure to deal with. She was very courteous, informative, friendly and professional.
