Really polite & well organised staff made the process really easy

The online registration process is super complex and cumbersome. I filled out less paperwork to buy a house. When I rented a unit 4 years ago I was in and out in 15 mins and big yellow did all the work not me. You have put all the work on the customer.

The process from start to finish was very easy. There was lots of help and advice from my first phone call till the final storage of our goods.
