This was my first time ever using storage. The service offered by Big Yellow storage was excellent staff were helpful and pleasant. The facility was first class with good access and clean storage containers and overall warehouse.. Even down to the customers toilets which were immaculate.

Very helpful and friendly staff listened to our requirements and also kept checking in the move in days. Moved in during a very hot summer and was offered drinks of water. Premises very clean and very impressed with the magnetic sweeper to save punctures.
Friendly efficient staff take their time to make sure that we understood everything. Combined with easy process for reserving storage unit online. The added incentive of reduced rate for student storage for the first 8 weeks was a definite bonus. We used big yellow last year and were very satisfied, so returning this year was a no brainier

From the time I called for the first time, to the time I surrendered my belongings everyone was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Also Derek, from the moving company was extremely extremely helpful, went out of his way to assist me and advice me.
