Good service, good system

I needed a storage solution for a friend in a hurry. After a quick look online , ( time really was a factor ) , I decided to opt for Big Yellow and I’m so glad I did ! The website provides so much helpful information. The FAQs answered any questions I had and the graphics helped me to choose the right room for our needs 1st time. We dealt with Amy who was brilliant and made the whole experience so easy.

Everything was perfect. From the greeting we received to the explanation of charges. The different sizes of units was expalined perfectly. We left feeling like we had been expertly looked after

No issues at all. Simple and straight forward. Must admit though, the less internet savvy person may have issues setting up etc online.
