A level of service above and beyond my expectations.

disappointed to go to my Big Yellow and discover that one of the removal firms using it as storage had filled every single trolley, but they werent even unloading them, just had them lined up and were carrying more stuff down by hand. Come on management I would have expected you to notice that and had a word.

I found the BY staff helpful, considerate and well trained. The storage space itself is clean and easy to access. I would like longer opening hours on the weekend - Sundays in particular.

I used Big Yellow Storage in Nottingham for first time this month. I was very impressed with the professional set up and the helpfullness of the staff, ,the young guy in particular who helped us when we were unloading could not have been more helpful , an asset to the business without doubt.

Only needed storage space for 1 week but was very impressed with whole set-up - security, cleanliness, staff. Would use again if need arises

Although I'm sure the staff member has to explain the same things to everyone a dozen times a day, he was very friendly about it, and very clear. He was helpful about the selection of the right size of storage for us, and made it easy for us to process the paperwork quickly. Overall a good experience.

The store is clean, well organised and equipped with trolleys to aid customers. Most of all, the staff was so friendly and helpful that made everything so much easier. We will definitely use this storage facility again!
