We only required storage for a short period of time but we still got a very good and flexible service. I cannot fault the customer service and the quality and security of the facility is superior to other big name national storage companies. Thanks Big Yellow.

I have been using facilities like this for a many years - I have never experienced such a slow and incompetent moving in session. What a waste of time!

Big Yellow Nottingham were absolutely fantastic. They were so on the ball, provided different options, were flexible and very approachable!! Highly recomended.

Very nice helpful staff who helped from the intial email enquiry. Never pushy just offered advice regarding what size we would need, access etc. Thank you very much big yellow.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable - it made moving easy. Everything is geared around the customer and so it was seamless from start to finish.

Joanne at the nottingham store was extremely helpful explained everything very well and was very patient with me ...I would definitely recommend The Big Yellow Store to anyone

I was nearly entirely happy: moving from High Wycombe, I was given extensive unselfish advice by the Big Yellow staff there on the benefits of storing in Nottingham if I preferred; the receptionist in Nottingham was similarly extremely helpful, and the facilities are great. My only reservation is that originally i was offered a generous discount; when this failed to appear in the email confirmation I had to chase it; then when I arrived with the goods I was offered a lower discount. I politely insisted on the quote and each time I had an apology and immediate acceptance, but ideally this shouldn't happen. Overall, though, great job.
