The booking process was really easy. I liked the fact I could check in online and a text a few days before on what to expect was really helpful. The lady on reception who served me was really polite and helpful.

Joe was extremely helpful, and got us booked in very quickly!

Absolutely perfect David on front desk helped me size up what m2 I needed and the whole process was straightforward, Joshua was also excellent in showing me how to access my unit and what the process is.

Both of the staff I spoke to were really friendly and helpful, man I spoke to on Sunday was Dave but unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the chap I made the initial booking with but he did say he is fairly new there. They were both very friendly and helpful

Dave at the Orpington store was fantastic at guiding me through the online checking in process, extremely patient. I also received superb service from Dave when I first arrived at Big Yellow, once again taking the time to explain the terms and conditions and to answer any questions I had.
