Everybody was very helpful

The young lady was really helpful even when a 79 year old could not understand such a simple task

Andra and her colleague were very friendly and helpful. They explained the procedures well and gave confidence that my items would be safe.

I spoke to Andra Mosoi who was a star in arranging the rental of the storage. I would say that the personal service perfect. I was left with all the information I needed to commence with the storing of my belongings. Just perfect, thank you Andra for your assistance

It was handled brilliantly by Christina who provided a quote quickly and let me decide without any hassle! David was very efficient sending a Direct Debit instruction and Andra was also extremely helpful confirming the instruction had been received. Check in was excellent with everything explained properly and the store kept to the 'distance' policy admirably! I can't fault anything - the staff are a credit to you and the Customer Service - fantastic! Well done all three!
