The process was not overly difficult anyway but the way in which Christina dealt with my enquiry was outstanding. She was courteous, charming, knowledgeable and natural. A genuine pleasure to deal with.

Good experience. attentive, but not too much (unlike some of the other storage company's) Christine and Dave were very helpful. NB Christine had better taste in music Dave...????

Having never used a storage facility before we was stepping into the unknown. Dave the staff member that dealt with us was excellent and guided Myself and my wife through the process. Whatever you’re paying him it’s not enough. His customer service and friendly manor was first class and because of that we will be recommending the Orpington branch to everyone.

I rang a few times as got confused online lady was very helpful and talked me through how to complete my reservation and inventory. When arrived the room we booked was to small so she with no problem changed it to a bigger one and gave us the best deal on it she could. We had the kids with us on arrival and she was very friendly and welcoming to them to. She talked and wrote it down so i didn't forget how to get in after hours. She seems a credit to your company.

Spoken with Andra and Christine several times during the last few weeks and they have been exceptionally helpful and friendly and made the process very easy.
