Brilliant staff very helpful, extremely easy to use storage space, clean, well lit and easily accessiable

What really impressed me was the attutude of your staff and how good they were, i run a retail business and know its not easy but your staff were all excellent.

Very safe and secure storage with professional assistance and advice shown by courteous and helpful staff. I was impressed with the clean conditions and piped music!

When I moved my stuff in the girl was very helpful. It was also good to be able to buy boxes in different sizes. Maps near the lifts in different colours would be helpful

Very good service. Quite expensive, but very good provision jutifies the cost. I knew my possessions were safe and would be in the same condition when I retrieved them as they had been when I first stored them, and this proved to be the case. Security was so good we had difficulty on a Sunday in accessing our own room, but that was because we didn't know how things worked out-of-hours. I would definitely recommend Big Yellow to other people. Thank you for an excellent service.

My experience of the Big Yellow Storage company was very positive. The place was clean (if a little surreal with the piped music, but it might well be scary without!), well staffed by friendly and polite human beings who understood the potential drama of moving, and felt secure.

We have found the Orpington Big Yellow store to be 100% from first booking our room and ongoing with delivery of invoice, advice, support and response to any queries. A very good experience, especially the staff who should be commended on their knowledge, politeness and professionalism.

We were undergoing a very stressful loft conversion and needed to store everything from the loft until the conversion was complete. As it turned out, storing our items was the most pleasant part of the whole experience. The staff could not have been more helpful, or the facilities any better. From adding more stuff to the inventory to accessing our storage facility after hours, nothing was made difficult and the whole experience was hassle free, (unlike our loft conversion.)
