Found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. They weren't pushy at all when I called for a quote that meant I went with them against other storage companies. The unit is very accessible. Corridors a little difficult to navigate with the large trolleys, but all in all, great service.

In the past two years we have had a complicated process of selling / renting / buying. One thing that has been stress free has been our storage with Big Yellow. At various times we used the Big Yellow in Orpington for safe storage while sorting through our belongings for selling our property, then upgrading the size for total storage while renting, and then finally downsizing for partial storage as we decorated our new home. At every stage the situation was eased by Big Yellow. The staff were consistently very friendly and helpful. It was flexible and economical. We would totally recommend Big Yellow and use them again.

What really impressed me was the attutude of your staff and how good they were, i run a retail business and know its not easy but your staff were all excellent.

When I moved my stuff in the girl was very helpful. It was also good to be able to buy boxes in different sizes. Maps near the lifts in different colours would be helpful

Very good service. Quite expensive, but very good provision jutifies the cost. I knew my possessions were safe and would be in the same condition when I retrieved them as they had been when I first stored them, and this proved to be the case. Security was so good we had difficulty on a Sunday in accessing our own room, but that was because we didn't know how things worked out-of-hours. I would definitely recommend Big Yellow to other people. Thank you for an excellent service.
