Really friendly and helpful staff. I remarked to one staff member that I was a bit frazzled. He was so happy and told me to keep smiling and it would be fine. It was a simple gesture but it made me feel soo better. Moving is stressful.

James rang me back as soon as I filled in the form. He explained everything very thoroughly and thought of loads of things that were very helpful that hadn’t occurred to me. He quickly sent me a quote. When I arrived at the depot, he made me comfortable and got me a drink. He helped me fill in everything and showed me around the store. Again he had many helpful tips that will save me time going forward. As I was leaving, he asked if I needed tape - and yes, I did but I had forgotten! All round great service.
