Ilford branch are always very professional and helpful

I was served by Mark, who did an outstanding job in setting up the contract and showing me the storage system. The whole facility was super tidy and practical. I'm impressed.

I rang in a rush and was quite short with James to be fair. He handled it with good grace. I had urgent storage requests and they sorted that out and got it all arranged and I was checked in with my stuff stored before lunch!
