David at the desk was the main highlight for the whole day, very happy guy and very happy to chat and help. Lots of fun talking to him while setting up my space.

Really easy set up with David on a Sunday. Helped with any questions we had for him. I was worried about puting my stuff in storage but he made us feel at ease and overall very happy with the service that has been provided so far. Good value for money we also thought.

Dave, the store manager, is really friendly and helpful. I also found the booking and check-in processes to be easy and efficient.

Adam and Luke were professional, friendly and really put me at ease. The check in was smooth. Also liked that the customer rep on the phone (forgot her name sorry) when I called days before helped me sort a locker when the size I was booking wasn't available - turned out to be just the right size I needed - thank you all round!

Adam was knowledgeable and friendly when guiding me through the check in process. He was able to answer my questions about access, insurance, and rental procedure without issues.

Your staff were really friendlyI was finding moving a little stressful, but dealing with staff who was so consistently courteous and helpful really took some of the edge off. It also went so well because your processes are clearly refined and efficient, and I'm sure that gives your staff the time and energy to concentrate on providing that really good service. Finally, I love your little illustration of how big the storage spaces are on the website! :3
