Very smooth procedure, and the lady who looked after me (Charlotte) showed me the room so I was able to determine that it was right for me. She was excellent and answered all of my questions perfectly.

My initial telephone enquiry and room reservation were handled very smoothly. In addition, your Oxford customer service colleague, Charlotte, was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the on-site booking-in process.

It was handled very well. Staff were friendly and the entire process was pretty painless.
