Your staff member, Dave, was exceptionally helpful, friendly and made my checking in experience very easy. He is a real asset to your organisation. All the other members of the team who i spoke to on teh phone were also very friendly and helpful.

Online reservation system and check in. The guy on reception - David I think his name is - is an absolute genius at his job. Polite, friendly and unflappable when multiple customers arrived with queries at the same time. Great inter-personal skills. That man deserves a medal.
