The process of booking and checking into the storage container was extremely easy and friendly. The two gentlemen working were calm, friendly and had exemplary customer service skills. The storage container however was advertised online to fit the contents of a 2 bedroom house and we have found getting our small bungalow content inside difficult.
Everything was super clear and both the man I talked to over the phone as well as David who checked me in were very nice and helpful!

Initial enquiry was good as well as the online check-in. But spending another 30 minutes or longer to "check in" at the store (before being able to move in) was unbearable (after having done the online check in).
