Stephanie Purnell who served me was so helpful in explaining the whole process of how everything worked. Her service was absolutely brilliant, so polite and friendly.
Curtis Simpson checked me in on my move in date. He was helpful, friendly, professional and gave me the impression that he was genuinely trying to make my check in process easier. It's a real pleasure to deal with someone in customer service who does a genuinely good job without being left with the sense that it's all fake.

Exceptional Customer Service by the on-site team and also the recommended movers. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. Had to get a bigger storage unit as I had acquired more stuff than I realised over 9 years. Both the movers and the team were so helpful and obliging and my friend and I were even offered coffee and a slice of pizza - so welcome as it was nearly 4pm and we hadn't eaten since early morning. A very big thank you to all for making the entire process so pleasant and pain-free.
