It was not clear to me from the website what type of padlock (i.e. strength of padlock) was required to secure the room. This was explained when I arrived. I think the information on the website could have been clearer.

The initial enquiry was handled very efficiently and in a friendly manner by James and the whole team were very good at reminding us of what was needed for check-in and the website was easy to use.

Babul who was at reception who guided me and my partner was very informative and very clear on how the facilities works along health & safety/security etc. We felt very much at ease knowing our storage will be safe.

Communication throughout the process was quick, easy, friendly. On my day of arrival the team was kind and understanding, given my stressful circumstances. When I finally arrived at Big Yellow, Babul (Khan) was fantastic; I probably wasn’t the easiest customer but he was patient and very helpful, even made me a cup of coffee, and in the end it I left in a much better mood than when I arrived! You don’t say that too often do you? Great experience all around, thanks team.

You won my business by calling me within 5 minutes of my web enquiry, being flexible on my requirements and having a good offer. Some of your competitors had some but not all of those aspects. Ben could not have been more accommodating, particularly when I made a last-minute decision to upgrade. He made sure I knew everything about the contract and answered all ofmy questions. Curtis in the other store needs a mention as he took my initial callback to you and was going to make sure he was in the correct store to handle my move in. All good :-)
