Ben was terrific at check in and everyone else I have spoken to over the phone or in person (eg, Steph and Curtis) have been helpful, professional and friendly.

The member of staff Stephanie was very efficient , helpful and friendly in putting me at ease as to what was a new experience for me . I was very , very impressed with your storage depot in Peterley Rd at Cowley and I am satisfied that my items are very safe . I was even made a cup of coffee by Ben the other member of staff on that day . Thank you very much for a team of employees second to none . Yours Mike Clarke .

Very easy to use service and great staff

Stephanie very helpful on the phone before we booked talking through which size storage to use. Given details for removals company. Rob very helpful when checked in and gave lots of info about how to use facility and answered all my questions. Very happy with service.

I was very impressed by the polite professional attitude of all the staff both via telephone and in person. Good customer service is very important to me.

Customer service was spot on, Nate was so helpful, he even advised us on a cheaper and more cost effective option.

Long story. ... short version, I needed larger space and the crew helped more than I expected. James, Stephan, Ben and Nat from both the Horspath units were amazing. They have met my budget, the space I need and even helped transfer my stuff to the other unit, a woman on my own with a small car, I could not have asked for more help, and that they offered was truly amazing. They are a great team..... I think they need a raise. ?
