We have been using Big Yellow for the past 3 years and I have just extended for another year. It's a brilliant concept for us.

Service provided was clean, secure and staff were always helpful. The price was initially high but I was offered a number of discounts to compensate for this. Very pleased with the quality of the facility. My only negative would be the opening hours of the store, I sometimes found it difficult to access at a time of day that was convienent for me and did not want to pay extra for the out of hours service given that my need access the storage space was very occasional. Overall, very pleasant experience.

I like the storage facility and the staff are great but what is it with the loud music? If I want music i will wear an ipod. It is the only thing I dislike and I dislike it a lot.

The staff were all very helpful and I found the whole setup very easy to navigate. I would happily use this facility again.

I was relocating from abroad and it was very pleasant to have booked the space in advance and have a lot of help from the personnel. Just a suggestion. It would be better if the entrance to the Oxford BigYellow were marked more clearly, that would help the new customers.

We used big yellow to get rid of clutter prior to putting our house on the market. I wouldn't consider paying that kind of money indefinitely, I don't think it's cheap, however I think it's essential to get rid of unnecessary items stacked on top of kitchen cupboards and under the sofa etc if you're going to have people viewing your house, you need it to look clear and spacious. We had a buyer within days, so it was worth doing.

I found the Big Yellow storage facility very well thought out, and equipped when I needed storage for furniture while work was done on the house. The staff were friendly and very helpful, ensuring that I had a large enough space, and being very flixible over end dates, when the building project overran. Good heavy equipment was available for moging in and out, and th eonly possible complaint I could have, was could the height of the storage spaces be increased. I had some problems getting some items in, but otherwise was very pleased with the overall experience, and would recommend it to others
