We have been using Big Yellow for the past 3 years and I have just extended for another year. It's a brilliant concept for us.

Service provided was clean, secure and staff were always helpful. The price was initially high but I was offered a number of discounts to compensate for this. Very pleased with the quality of the facility. My only negative would be the opening hours of the store, I sometimes found it difficult to access at a time of day that was convienent for me and did not want to pay extra for the out of hours service given that my need access the storage space was very occasional. Overall, very pleasant experience.

I like the storage facility and the staff are great but what is it with the loud music? If I want music i will wear an ipod. It is the only thing I dislike and I dislike it a lot.

The staff were all very helpful and I found the whole setup very easy to navigate. I would happily use this facility again.
