Friendly courteous staff very helpful showed my the excellent facility prior to contract then greeted me on first visit.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They made the whole process uncomplicated and straightforward. The facility is clean and safe and offers a good range of units which suited my needs.

From my 1st contact by telephone with Gemma, who was professional but friendly and showed empathy at the horrid situation I found myself in, I was impressed. I then went to view the potential unit and met Manager - Steve who was so helpful and reassuring. I di not want to do anything on line so was assured this is fine. When the time came Andy did all paperwork face to face and again was professional but friendly. The site is clean well lighted and has plenty of trolleys. There is also to my surprise a small very clean customer loo!!!

Very polite and efficient staff, were very helpful but did not pressure us into anything. We bought a TV box and then left without it, but Andy kept an eye out and brought it round when we visited the next day.

Friendly staff and clear instructions with flexible options for the term of storage, good selection of materials to help with safe storage.

The service from Gemma, Steve and Andy was superb. They answered all my email questions super fast and put me at ease. We have lived all over the world and had storage places in Sydney, New York and the Caribbean and this is by far the best service we have experienced.

Efficient, staff helpful and pleasant. Explanation of choices, payment and length of stay. Paperwork completed without fuss.
