Very helpfully sevice throughout

The service I received was courteous, efficient and speedy. I had used the same facility before so I knew what to expect and I was not disappointed. When it comes to the phone question below, I did not need to phone because I knew where to go and just called in in person. I'm sure the phone call, had there been one, would have been handled very efficiently.
