Very responsive employees and services. We requested for the locker pretty rush but Steve was very considerate and help us went through all the details and even provide the service for us to receive rest of our luggages when we will be away

II viewed your website initially and was subsequently contacted by Chris Hill (Peterborough). He immediately answered all my questions and worries regarding our house move and how easily our belongings could be stored. I also needed removal company details and was introduced to Three Ways. He was simply superb throughout and did exactly what he said he would with future contact. As a result our relocation from Kent to Peterborough went like a dream. We were met at the office by Steve who also checked with us en route. We had clearly miscalculated the actual size unit we needed and Steve effortlessly resolved that too! We were tired and stressed but had such a lovely welcome that we left feeling very great. Great customer service with brilliant human touch..... Thank you both again!!!
