Very helpful staff, website easy to navigate and overall experience was brilliant.

Chris was very helpful and explained the process. The only issue i had was that the majority of items I put in storage was house clearance following a family members death. It was very difficult to try to put a cost against the items. It would be useful in future if the customer could put a standard cost that covered all the items instead of listing everything. Apart from this I am very pleased with the service.

Happy with the check in. Person on desk very helpful and friendly. Lift broke at one point and also the flatbed trolleys could be designed better to hold uneven shaped loads or items as it was a bit awkward. Only 1 lift as well so people wanting to access different floors it was a little wait
