Made an otherwise stressful day much easier! When we checked in to get our storage the person that helped us listen to what we needed and understood. He then found us the perfect storage, while being kind polite, and super helpful generally. Great product,price and customer service.
Steve, who was on duty stayed behind past closing because we had been stuck in traffic from London to Peterborough to help book in and show us where our storage location was. He was very helpful and could not do enough.

Chris was very helpful and explained the process. The only issue i had was that the majority of items I put in storage was house clearance following a family members death. It was very difficult to try to put a cost against the items. It would be useful in future if the customer could put a standard cost that covered all the items instead of listing everything. Apart from this I am very pleased with the service.
