Service excellent, we were listened to and everything was explained about the storage and what to expect etc. The service from start to getting the storage was excellent we have no complaints at all about Emil and others we interacted with.
Great customer service, follow up phone call to check I was ok with online quote. Great advice re my storage needs. When I presented at the depot I was seen be Emil Szczgiel who was efficient, polite and informed. The whole process was easy and painless, just the way I like it. Well done Armadillo......have used you before in Sheffield and Peterborough, and will always see you as the preferred option.

Nice and friendly atmosphere
Staff extremely pleasant. Did all they could have done to ensure we got value for money and all of our goods stored appropriately. We were offered drinks and they chatted to us to stop us getting bored as we waited :) Shame there wasn't a radio on site. An actual pleasurable experience!
Very obliging was Emil the guy who worked there. He even worked later to accommodate my needs after 6pm.
