Staff were friendly, helpful amnd very efficient. The facilities were very clean and tidy and trouble free to off load even at peak times. Would definately recommend to friends and family.
The introduction of the web site is an improvement but unfortunately after diligently filling in my inventory before we moved in (as required) when we got there all the data did not show up and I had to try to remember it all to fill in a paper version. At the time I was more interested in getting the stuff out of our rented van than repeating tasks I had already completed so it was a real pain. On the plus side the staff were great and helpful.
I think it shold be clearer on the website what you can expect to.pay up front. Really inconvenient being closed on Sundays.
Staff are fantastic, premises clean and well maintained. One thing that lets it down for me is the access times, 08:00 - 18:00 Monday through Saturday. I work 12 hour shifts and find it difficult to get in there, Sunday access would be very useful and maybe open slightly later in e evening. Apart from that great service.
Would be more helpful to be able to gain access ANYTIME. If i get a call in the evening to go fishing the next day i cant get my rods out and be lake side by 06.00. Have to wait till store opens. Otherwise a fantastic storage company.
Overall, happy with the storage. The staff have been fantastic and the facility is good. Would be better if the facility could be accessed on Sundays or stays open late one night in the Week.
the staff member was very helpful and friendly when he finally had time to deal with me, unfortunately he was on his own and I was left to wait about 20-30 mins whilst he was with another customer.
Only negative is we didn't realise there was no access on Sundays. The staff were excellent and the facility is very clean and tidy.
Professional, helpful staff made it very easy (i) to pre-book and then (ii) to switch room size on arrival (an extra 25 sq ft made a lot of difference). Glad I had younger helpers to unload: trolleys were awkward to use (essentially pull only - hence difficult to turn round, especially when loaded). No access on Sundays may prove a drawback.
Great storage spaces in a good location. Cost me less than
