The friendliness, courtesy & assistance shown by the staff was first rate. With the many dismal Customer Services from many larger companies, it was a pleasure to see that there still are people who care.
We were knocked out by the staff. From the moment we walked in they understood we would have had a stressful day and they were lovely with us, showing care and consideration and friendlieness. It calmed us all down - and then they made us a cup of (fresh) tea!! Leaving my furniture and personal effects with you was scary, but the facilities are clean and well equipped. I liked that there were mouse traps down - helped me feel more confident that this is an organisation that is pro-active and not laksadasical about problems.
The staff are great, helpful and friendly. Disappointed that Sunday's are closed when most people can only access during weekends. At least open Sunday mornings.

The Peterborough staff are friendly, efficent, patient and exceptionally helpful. I appreciated the patience as I hadn't used storage before so didn't have a clue when I arrived. I was given an number of options and the advice I was given was spot on too.
I found Armadillo on the inter net got a quote for storage simple and straight forward.The following day received a phone call from them discussed our needs and provisionally booked a space the lady we dealt with was very helpful and informative. On the day we used the storage I was impressed with their security arrangements and felt that our possessions would be safe secure cool and dry.
The staff at Peterborough were so helpful and knowledgable. They rates are extremely cheap and the service is so flexible. I would definite recommend this company to anyone needing storage facilities.
