Staff very helpful, ideal location, access availability great. Never used storage before and moved in with a transit-van full very easily.

Service was very friendly and helpful but spoilt by a failure to inspect the room before our arrival. Door rivets missing meant a need to change room at the last minute and delayed our off-load putting pressure on our van return.
Friendly helpful staff, easy to do although the paperwork did get a little boring but I guess there's a good reason for needing so much detail. Managed to get the whole thing sorted in about 20 mins and moved my stuff in there later that day.
The friendliness, courtesy & assistance shown by the staff was first rate. With the many dismal Customer Services from many larger companies, it was a pleasure to see that there still are people who care.
We were knocked out by the staff. From the moment we walked in they understood we would have had a stressful day and they were lovely with us, showing care and consideration and friendlieness. It calmed us all down - and then they made us a cup of (fresh) tea!! Leaving my furniture and personal effects with you was scary, but the facilities are clean and well equipped. I liked that there were mouse traps down - helped me feel more confident that this is an organisation that is pro-active and not laksadasical about problems.
The staff are great, helpful and friendly. Disappointed that Sunday's are closed when most people can only access during weekends. At least open Sunday mornings.
