I called and spoke to a rep. Was told the rates. Was told the address. I went and had a look with Jon. The room was ideal. We paid and that was that. Very happy with the service.
From the moment I asked for a quote onwards, everything was easy. The staff on the phone and in person were helpful and friendly. Everything was explained clearly. Documentation was clear and received in a timely fashion. Location was perfect for me too. Using the facilities on the day was really straightforward and stress free. When I picked up packing materials and moved my items in, John on reception was brilliant both times. So cheerful and friendly. And on my moving in day, he was such a delight, talking to me after I'd finished and rested in reception. He even bought me a glass of water, thank you so much! It was a great experience, so much better than I imagined. I wouldn't hesitate to use Armadillo Plymouth again. The discount on packing materials was a very helpful bonus too.
