Very helpfull polite understanding and pleasant to talk to showed us around even helped with my pushchair up n down the stair

Both my initial query to Jon over the phone and our in store experience with Elaine were great. Friendly service throughout, everything was explained really well and we were offered to increase the size of the unit we’d reserved (which turned out to be a very good idea!)
